My name is Alison Willcocks, aka Fiddly Fingers! I am completely hooked on crochet and am fascinated by how simple stitches can be used to create unique pieces of ‘fabric’. My aim is to create contemporary crochet suitable for everyday use (and perhaps for a bit of fun!)
I live in Devon with my husband and have two wonderful daughters.
I have always enjoyed crafts and get great pleasure making 'something' out of 'nothing'. Initially I learnt to crochet in order to make wire jewellery, and still do make jewellery sometimes, but became completely hooked on yarn when I discovered the vast array of texture and colours available.
I also like to play around with large hooks and multiple strands of yarn to create ..... well all sorts of things ... why not have a look at some of my posts to find out more!
I also run workshops at different venues in Devon and if a group of like minded people would like to get together, I can always travel to you. Details of dates and locations can be found on my Workshops page
If you would like to contact me you can either leave a comment on one of my posts or email me on firstname.lastname@example.org.
Look forward to hearing from you
